A quick update on the status of the Tech-WG Charter update.

A revised charter has been written, circulated to the WG Chair, and has undergone some minor revisions.  I have a couple of minor points that need clarification, after which it will be circulated to the WG for their comment.  I do not expect much if any pushback from the WG on the current draft.

Once the WG membership weighs in, the charter will  undergo a final proofing, and then be submitted to the Council list.  I expect this to be completed prior to the April Council call.
