Question: Where does FOI fit in into to prcess?

Lise: Actually taken out of the process. It is up to the ccNSO and ccTLD community in genreal to resolve issues

Stephan: Is concensus of the CWG membership required for this proposal to go forward?

Lise response: 3 readiings of proposal , at the end question for minoruty statement or objection: none received.

Chartering organzition need to support CWG proposal as well
