I think we should comment on all if we can. We could then suggest that the concept is referred to our Incident Response WG for it (probably in conjunction with an equivalent in gNSO and the SSAC) to consider in more detail.

What do you think?

In Nairobi it was proposed that the Incident Response WG should gather the communities (at least the ccTLDs) feedback on the DNS CERT initiative and submit a proposal on how to proceed. This has not been accepted (by the ccNSO counsil)yet nor do I expect an outcome by March 29th.  Furthermore I do see different levels of feedback:
 
1 Is such an initiative as a DNS-CERT (in the face of the existance of CERTs, FIRST, DNS-OARC etc)necessary
2 Should it be run by ICANN
3 Is the concept presented (budget, tasks/mission, ...) ok

On which one would you comment on?
