The ccTLD News Session is tentatively scheduled for day 2 of the ccNSO Member Meeting, on Wednesday 15 March. Topics to be covered: recent developments and activities within your ccTLD, experiences worth sharing (what worked, and what did not?), etc.

The next ccNSO Members’ Meeting takes place on Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 March 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark.

If your registry would like to give a presentation at the ICANN58 ccNSO Member Days, please contact Joke Braeken (joke.braeken@icann.org).

Currently we are only looking for presentations to be held during the ccTLD News Session, covering for instance recent developments, ccTLD activities, ccTLD management, experiences worth sharing (what worked, and what did not?), etc.

Candidate presenters are invited to send the following information to Joke Braeken (joke.braeken@icann.org), at their earliest convenience - no later than Tuesday 24 January 2017:

· Exact title of your presentation:

· Full name of the presenter

· company/ccTLD of the presenter:

· Short summary of your presentation (2-3 sentences):

· Estimated time needed to present:

This information is crucial for the Programme Working Group, to be able to plan the schedule. The summary of your presentation will be published online, prior to the meeting. Depending on the amount of proposals, the Programme Working Group cannot always guarantee a slot to all volunteers. Your summary will be very helpful in the selection process. No interpretation services will be provided during the ccNSO Members meeting, therefore please take in consideration that the presentation are held in English.
