Dear all,

We are looking for volunteers to a Study Group that will look into the necessity of the requirement to have a quorum during ccNSO Votings.

The Group will meet through telephone conferences, most likely on a bi-weekly basis. Its members are expected not only to actively participate on the calls, but also to devote some time to discuss relevant matters on a specially dedicated email list and to help with the drafting of a Study Group report.

Please, can those of you interested in joining this group let me know by next Friday, 30 August, at the latest.
