On 8 July 2020,
Katrina formally accepted her nomination as candidate for the Board Seat 12 Nomination.
As a result,
and according to the
Guideline: ccNSO Nominations Process ICANN Board Seats 11 and 12, section 3.5 and section 3.8, the Council needs to designate another person to take on the Chair’s tasks under the Guideline.
The Guideline was approved by Council at its meeting on 21 May 2020 and can be

The ccNSO Council (excluding Katrina) is kindly requested to take this administrative decision as soon as possible,
but no later than 15 July 2020 (23:59 UTC). Byron has been approached by some
of you to take on that role. If you have any objections, please use the Council mailing
list.
To Byron: Could you be so kind to confirm whether you accept this role for the duration of this Board Seat 12 Nomination Process?
