Under the ICANN Bylaws, the ICANN Board's approval of the FY20 Operating Plan and Budget and updates to the Five-Year Operating Plan on Wednesday, 8 May 2019 triggered a Rejection Action Petition
Period for the Empowered Community. This 21-day period will end at 23:59 PDT (Los Angeles being the location of the principal ICANN office) on Wednesday, 29 May 2019, or 06:59 UTC on Thursday, 30 May 2019.

D of the ICANN Bylaws for additional details on the Rejection Process, including all pertinent deadlines and requirements for Rejection Action Petitions.
