Approve new ccNSO member

For decision

Formal approval additional member to the ccNSO.  The application (see enclosed) comes from the current ccTLD Manager for .ss (South Sudan), National Communication Authority (NCA). The following steps have been completed for this application:

• The ccNSO Secretariat sent a copy of the membership application to IANA Services staff.
• IANA services staff confirms that the application details are those of the ccTLD Manager as specified in the IANA RZ delegation record
• IANA services staff confirms there are no pending IANA requests or issues for the .ss ccTLD

Draft Resolution

The ccNSO Council approves the membership of National Communication Authority (NCA), the ccTLD Manager for the .ss TLD and welcomes NCA as member 178 of the ccNSO.
