Background.
At the its meeting in Seoul the ccNSO Council appointed Young Eum Lee and Ondrej Filip as co-chairs of a “wildcard” study group. The first task was to propose a statement purpose and statement of activities to be adopted by the Council. After adoption of that statement the co-chairs would seek members from the community and set up a liaison with SSAC.

Proposed decision: Adopt proposed statement on purpose and scope of activities for “redirection or wildcard” study group, and request the co-chairs to send out a call for volunteers.
