I just wanted to share some minor changes to the ccNSO-related draft schedule – highlighted below. 

Additionally, the joint sessions are confirmed:

Joint session: ALAC and ccNSO – Sunday March 10, block 5

Joint session: ccNSO and GNSO – Monday March 11, 12:00-13:00

Joint Session: Board and ccNSO – Tuesday March 12, 1100-1200

Joint Session:  ccNSO and GAC – Wednesday March 13, (45 mins) 1030-1115

In the next few weeks, I will be sending additional details on:  room allocations, remote participation, public schedule, ccNSO outreach event (cocktail), etc. Information will also be posted on the wiki:  https://community.icann.org/x/wwT_BQ

Dear all,

In an effort to give you as much notice as possible, we would like to share the current draft of the ccNSO-related sessions in Kobe. 

Please keep in mind the schedule is tentative and subject to change, however the dates/times have been confirmed by leadership and the working group/committee chairs.

Day 1, Saturday, 9 March

• Guidelines Review Committee – 1030-1200 (block 2)
• Study Group on use of Emoji as SLDs – 1330-1500 (block 3)
• cc PDP on Retirement – 1515-1830 (blocks 4 & 5)

Day 2, Sunday, 10 March

• ccNSO Council Workshop – 900-1200 (blocks 1 & 2)
• ccNSO Council Preparatory Session – 12:15-13:30
• Strategic Operational Planning Standing Committee (SOPC) – 1330-1500 (block 3)
• Technical Working Group – 1330-1500 (block 3)
• TLD Ops Standing Committee – 1515-1645 (block 4)
• TLD Ops Document Drafting (TBC) – 1700-1830 (block 5) – Now confirmed

Day 3, Monday, 11 March

• TechDay – 1030-1645 (blocks 2, 3 & 4)
• Customer Standing Committee public meeting (block 2)

Day 4, Tuesday, 12 March

• Members meeting day 1 – 900-1645
• Meeting with ccNSO Review Independent Examiner – Meridian – 1700-1800

Day 5, Wednesday, 13 March

• Members meeting day 2 – 900-1645
• ccNSO Council Meeting – 1700-1830 (block 5) (***Session will NOT be in the ccNSO room***)

Day 6, Thursday, 14 March

• Meetings programme committee – 1030-1200 (block 2)

The ccNSO will have the usual joint sessions with the ICANN Board, GAC, GNSO and ALAC – dates and times are still being determined.
