I have only one suggested correction, under section 4.1, where the draft says:

Lesley Cowley declared a conflict of interest in the endorsement of Emily Taylor, who is a former employee at Nominet, and abstained from voting.

I think that this should say:

The Chairman advised that Lesley has asked him to put on record that she is conflicted in relation to the candidate. She will therefore not participate in the discussion and
will abstain from the vote.
