The Study Group for use of Emoji as Second Level Domains has published its draft final report for public input/feedback.  Closing date for input is 19 July 2019, 23.59 UTC.  Please find the details here:  https://community.icann.org/x/A5ujBg.  In addition, the study group will present its findings and recommendations to the community present in Marrakech during ICANN65. 

The community is encouraged and invited to provide input on this report.  At the end of the feedback period, staff will provide a summary report and the Study Group will take the comments into account.
