Dear all,

Following and at todays informal meeting, it was decided that an additional Council meeting is required post 21 December 2015 (anticipated closure of CCWG public comment period). However it was also noted by the chair that this meeting definitely requires attendance of as many Councillors as possible, first to meet the quorum rule, but, more importantly, at this meeting the Council will need to decide on the CCWG proposal.
