Greetings fellow ccNSO Council members,

As some of you may know, my term as a North American region representative to the ccNSO Council ends at ICANN85 in March 2026.

I will not stand for re-election.

Further, I will formally resign my position as a ccNSO Council member at the conclusion of the ccNSO Council meeting at ICANN84.

After more than 25 years of active engagement in ICANN, I feel it is time for me to step back.  For starters, I am not as young as I was when I embarked on my journey with ICANN.

As part of my “retirement” from the Council, I will be adjusting my memberships in the various Working Groups that I am currently associated with; I will be working out these details with the relevant Working Group Chairs and the ccNSO Council leadership.

I am looking forward to seeing you all in Dublin in October.
