Hello Bart, hello fellow Council members,

This looks fine.  The only suggestion that I have is perhaps tweaking the last bullet item a bit to incorporate the phrase “community volunteer burnout” or something similar –in other words, strengthen the phrase “...would create capacity issues, not only in terms of finding adequate volunteers…”

Just my thought.  It is fine as is.
