Dear all,

As you will have noted the PDP oversight committee is on the agenda for the upcoming Council meeting.

The intention is that one Councillor from every ICANN Region will be on that committee and one (1) of the NomCom appointed Councillors, will take a seat on the Oversight Committee

As also indicated Demi, will be part ex-officio (so the LAC region will not have to put a name forward).

The role of the committee is to assist and guide the Issue manager in preparing the Issue Report.

Could you please be so kind to put a name per region/NomCom forward by COB UTC tomorrow ( Wednesday)
