Hard to follow due to the formatting indeed.

I agree, with one exception: I for one would not be interested at all in a leadership program offered/run by ICANN.

There is already a large group of specialized organizations that offer these in many countries

Please find included the draft responses to the questions from the ICANN Academy WG.The draft was prepared by Hong, Katrina, Paulos and Margarita.  Unfortunately the formatting of the survey was not very helpful. 

The questions themselves are included in BOLD. When a question is answered with yes, either the answer is yes or marked with an X. The free text is included in plain text.
