'4) Attack and Disaster Response Planning
The Council acknowledges receipt of the email from Steve Conte, ICANN Staff, regarding attack and disaster response planning. The Council believes that this is a useful initiative that should be pursued mainly in consultation with the regional organisations. The Council will provide assistance when necessary.'
