Happy to join the triage committee, as suggested.

For point of reference I am very happy to take on actions (or be volunteered 😊!) but had thought it best to watch and learn for a few meetings before working out what I might best help with.

At the moment, our Triage Committee is not operational, as Debbie and Abdalla left but Demi will be too busy with the ATRT3 review. Please review proposals for these and other roles, and let the Council know by the end of the week if you agree/don’t agree with the proposed distribution of the workload, wish to take other roles, etc.

Please find included suggested update roles and responsibilities Councillors.

Some of you volunteered already for some of the roles. I have taken the liberty to fill in others trying to make it even balanced and taking into account other roles you have taken on in the ICANN context and associated workload ( for example Demi will have to put in a lot of time into ATRT3, Ajay is newly appointed chair of the UA group).
