Topic:   36-2016  - GNSO RPM WG Community Survey

Originator: GNSO, directed to SO/AC/SG/C chairs with the request to share within their respective communities

Summary of request: At the request of the Review of all Rights Protection Mechanisms in all gTLDs PDP (‘RPMs’) Working Group staff has prepared a survey (available here: https://s.zoomerang.com/r/CL3MJLL ) to seek information about whether there may have been a “substantial pattern or practice” of infringing behavior at the second level by new gTLD registry operators under the TM-PDDRP.  The survey will help in creating understanding on how the Trademark Post Delegation Dispute Resolution Procedure (‘TM-PDDRP’) works.
