The ccNSO secretariat is now initiating the selection process whereby the ccNSO Councillors are required to select a candidate who will serve on the 2022 ICANN Nominating Committee (NomCom) on behalf of the ccNSO.
You are now expected
to review the applications and rank the candidates, based on how well the candidates meet the set of
requirements as listed in the call for expression of interest. Further instructions are
included below.

Please review the application material and select your preferred candidate – taking into account the candidate qualification requirements – by sending an email to joke.braeken@icann.org ,
no later than Thursday, 17 June 2021 (23:59 UTC)

Your most preferred candidate should receive
four (4) points, the next candidate three (3) points, the second candidate two (2) points, and the third and least preferred candidate one (1) point. If you believe a candidate does not meet the criteria:
please assign zero (0) points.

Based on each of the individual Councillor’s rankings, the Secretariat will prepare the overall ranking of all candidates and report the ranking to the ccNSO Council on Friday,

Selection Process
After closure of the call for volunteers, the materials submitted will be sent to the ccNSO Councillors eligible to select the members for the roles of ccNSO
appointed delegate to the NomCom. Based on each of the individual Councillor’s rankings, the Secretariat will prepare the overall ranking of all candidates and report the ranking to the ccNSO Council on Friday,
18 June 2021.
Candidate qualification requirements
ccNSO candidates are expected to have the support of a ccTLD manager (whether members or non-member of the ccNSO).
The ccNSO appointed NomCom delegate will be selected based on how well they meet
the candidate requirements: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs), as listed here:
