[ccnso-council] IGLC update

      Dear Councillors:

I am sending you an IGLC update, cause I wasn't able to attend the last
Council meeting.

*IGLC Update*

The ccNSO Internet Governance Liaison Committee (IGLC) met earlier this
month.  Just like the April meeting, also the May meeting had a 90 minute
duration. The IGLC continues to refine its strategy and next work items,
based on the input previously collected via a SOAR analysis.  The concrete
actions the committee suggested will be analyzed in terms of their impact
and effort.
