Dear All,

On Tuesday, 24 February at 18:00 UTC, a ICANN85 Prep Week session will be held, entitled “Preparing for ICANN’s Annual Strategy Review”. You are encouraged to join the Prep week session, in preparation of the environmental scan session at ICANN85.

Session Details
This session is designed to prepare the ICANN community for participation in the upcoming environmental scan brainstorming session at ICANN85, an important step in ICANN’s Annual Strategy Review program. The strategy evaluation program enables ICANN to assess the continued relevance of its strategy systematically and structurally, with the goal of strengthening organizational agility and adaptability in a changing external environmental.
During this session, participants will:

· Gain an overview of annual strategy review program and the purpose of the environmental scan session

· Learn what to expect from the upcoming session at ICANN85 and how the session will be conducted

· Hear guidance on how to prepare and participate effectively during the session at ICANN85

The ICANN85 ccNSO Annual Strategy Review session during ICANN85 will be held on Sunday afternoon in Mumbai.

The Annual Strategy Review, previously referred to as the Strategic Outlook Trend Identification process, is part of ICANN's planning process. The Country Code Names Supporting Organization (ccNSO) Council, leaders of the various ccNSO working groups and committees, and regional organization representatives are invited to identify and discuss trends that could affect ICANN's mission and operations.
