ICANN is opening a public comment forum for reviewing the IDN ccTLD fast-track process:

Commenters are asked to suggest changes to improve the process for the end-users.

The public comment period is open until 17 December 2010. ICANN is also planning a session in Cartagena to discuss this issue further.
