Dear Council,

Further to the email dated 17 August 2023 requesting Council input on the selection/appointment of an alternate member to the Customer Standing Committee (CSC); the second-place candidate was contacted and asked if he would be interested in this role. 

I am happy to inform you that Abdalmonem Galila (.eg xn—wgbh1c (.مصر)) has enthusiastically accepted the role of alternate. 

We request Alejandra and Bart inform the appropriate CSC leadership and staff support. 

Additionally, Bart and Claudia contact Abdalmonem regarding next steps and onboarding.
