I am unable to join the call tomorrow due to a prior booking.

Having read the draft plan and also having listened to the recording of the informal call last week, I support the plan. 

I have two suggestions from my experience:

- We must ensure that we fully involve the RO’s in the engagement - including their meetings that take place during the timeline and asking the General Managers for assistance in contacting non-engaged ccTLD Managers.

- It would be helpful if several of the ‘very informed and engaged’ managers might be able to publish their comments at the earliest possible opportunity and share them widely, as a potential template for others who might share the same views. It is often easier for someone to amend or add to someone else’s text, than to draft their response from a blank page.
