Dear Councillors,

Due to the early departure of the gala dinner buses (at 17.00), we need to do a slight reschedule of our agenda:

The Panel discussion will be cut with 10 minutes and will end at 15.20.
We then have a short break 15.20 – 15.30
The Council meeting starts at 15.30 – 16.30

Despite of the last minute change, I still hope you can still make it to the Council meeting.
