Subject: SSAC Review: Assessment report published, request for input, webinar announcement

I am writing on behalf of Greg Aaron, Ben Butler, and Lyman Chapin, co-chairs of the SSAC Review Work Party (RWP). As part of the review, the RWP would like to make sure that the Country Code Names Supporting Organization and its members are aware of the progress of the SSAC review: the assessment report has been published (also attached here); translations of the report’s executive summary are available on the SSAC Review wiki.

Analysis Group will host a webinar on 12 July at 20:00 UTC [local time]. All are welcome and encouraged to attend. To receive a calendar invitation for the webinar, please contact mssi-secretariat@icann.org.

In addition, the RWP would like to encourage the Country Code Names Supporting Organization and any of its members to provide the independent examiner with feedback, comments, and questions you may have with regard to the assessment report. Please, provide the Country Code Names Supporting Organization’s, or any of its members’, written feedback via the MSSI Secretariat by Friday, 27 July 2018 23:59 UTC: mssi-secretariat@icann.org.

Please, feel free to share this information with the Country Code Names Supporting Organization and its members at your earliest convenience. The RWP is very much looking forward to hearing back from you, and, please, do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions or concerns about the SSAC review process.
