A few suggestions:

· The top priorities that the Board will give the new CEO for FY13, with some elaboration on “professionalizing the organization” (“organizational effectiveness and improvements” in the draft FY13 Ops Plan) as this should be one of them

· I am sure that there will be some things to share/ask about the FY13 Ops Plan and Budget

· New gTLD program: highlights of past months, trends, looking forward

· IANA contract

Dear Councillors,

We have been asked to submit a list of items to discuss with the ICANN Board by the 1 June. So I wanted to check first with you what items you would like to suggest (to be followed-up by a similar question to the community, however, it would be good to have a list from you first).

I would be grateful if you could let me know of any items you think would be worth raising with the ICANN board by 23 May.
