During the last council call I mentioned the listening session to which Biyi, Jordan & I are invited with the ICANN Board Ombuds Search Committee. After consulting with Danko, who is chairing the committee, attached you'll find the draft position description proposed. Please don't share it outside this group, this is not a final version.

Kindly reply to this thread with your comments and/or questions regarding the Ombuds role, by the end of this week.
