Greetings,

I have spoken to both Pablo and Dotty today (although the quality of the calls was rather poor, as you might expect).

They and their families are in what they believe to be pretty substantial and safe places.  They are going to have a really ugly 12-18 hours ahead of them.  Particularly Pablo.

Keep them in your thoughts…

Pablo has also asked me to convey to the Council that it is most unlikely that he will be able to participate in Thursday’s call.
