I have some concerns with January 27th, since it is a Saturday. Maybe you meant January 17th? 😉

Also it is worth noting that February 18th is a Monday, not a Thursday as usual. To be consistent I propose February 14th as an alternative in February. 🙂

Regarding the other dates I don't have any objections so far.

For months that have two potential dates (February & May), I have no preference.

I also agree with the 12:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC rotation.
