Greetings,
For those of you in the room during the SSR2 presentation, this letter provides context for the question that I asked the SSR2 presenter. I wish to state for the record that I had no prior knowledge of this letter from the SSR2 leadership.
My question was based solely on the result of my research.
I submit that this current state of affairs is the direct result of MSSI’s actions with both the hiring process used to bring on the technical writer, and MSSI’s subsequent sacking of the technical writer.
The recordings of the calls between SSR2 leadership and MSSI are really distressing listening. I’ve never heard a more demoralized group of community volunteers in my life. To get the full-flavour of the breakdown in trust between MSSI
and the SSR2 team, I refer you to the first 10 minutes of the first leadership call with MSSI subsequent to MSSI’s sacking of their technical writer. The Zoom version may be found here:
The mp3 recording may be found here:

It’s a depressing state of affairs…
Best Regards,
/Stephen

Honestly, I have even difficulties understanding what is the issue, as I keep receiving extremely diverse views on the current state of affairs.
But the question you ask, is a spot on – is there anything we can do?
I wish I knew the answer.

Wow, Katrina, I am genuinely shocked about this letter.
Is there anything we can do to help?
