During the last Council call the following times and dates for the upcoming face-to face Council meetings in Helsinki were suggested:

Formal Council meeting : Thursday 30 June 2016, 13.30 –14.45. 

(this used to be on Wednesday afternoon after closure of the ccNSO meeting, however due to the cross-constiunece meeting slots, it is adjusted)

Council Prep meeting: Informal meeting to prepare for the week: Monday morning 27 June 2016 ( to be determined, avoid overlap with Tech Day) 

By the end of this week, the Programme WG intends to publish the first meting agenda, including the time and date of the formal Council agenda

Please let the list know if you have any objections to the suggested time, if os preferably as soon as possible.
