May be out of ignorance, Chris, is .eu a ccTLD as well? I mean
restrictively interpreted? Or does ccTLD also mean continental code top level
domain as well?

(as defined in the ICANN bylaws, (Article IX Section (4)(1)) for the .eu and
wishes to apply for membership of the ccNSO and that I am duly authorized to

Marc Van Wesemael hereby recognizes the role of the ccNSO within the ICANN
