Dear fellow council members,

During a Zoom call on Friday, Alejandra, Biyi, and I thoroughly evaluated candidates for the upcoming ICANN leadership program representing the ccNSO.

After a comprehensive discussion, we are excited to put forward the following nominees for your approval:

From the council: Jordan Carter

From the community: Abdalmonem Galila

Our selection process was rigorous and inclusive. Each candidate was assessed based on their potential and specific role within the ccNSO, their exposure to and impact on the broader community, their dedication to the ccNSO's goals, and the importance of maintaining regional balance. This approach ensured a fair and wide-ranging evaluation of potential representatives.

We reviewed eleven highly qualified individuals, each bringing incredible strengths and value to our community. The decision was challenging, given the calibre of all candidates.

Due to the short timeline, we require your response by the end of business on Tuesday, November 14. We understand this is a quick turnaround and are here to assist with any questions or concerns. If we don't hear back from you by then, we'll assume you're comfortable with the selections made.
