Hi Chair and Councillors, As discussed earlier, the WG charter is as attached. Key things to note: 1. This WG arised as a result of the ICANN Board resolution (2010.12.10.30) in Cartagena. 2. CCI is part of the Affirmation of Commitments (AoC) 3. The WG report is meant for consideration by the SO/ACs and not as a response to the Board. 4.
