The Factory is in Berlin; see http://www.factoryberlin.com/ - and I assume that the two gentlemen are in Berlin as we have the EuroDIG on 12 and 13 June.

Besides this, I find it remarkable that ICANN's communications dept. seems to assume that The Factory's location is common knowledge. ;-)
