Call for presenters: ccTLD News Session - ccNSO Members Meeting in Johannesburg (ICANN59)
Dear All, Would you like to give a presentation during the ccTLD News Session at the next ccNSO Member Meeting? The ccNSO Members Meeting takes place on Tuesday 27 June and Wednesday 28 June 2017 in Johannesburg (ICANN59). If your registry is interested, please contact Joke Braeken (joke.braeken@icann.org)<mailto:joke.braeken@icann.org)>, no later than Monday 15 May 2017, 23:59 UTC. Currently we are looking for presentations to be held during the ccTLD News Session, covering for instance recent developments, ccTLD activities, ccTLD management, experiences worth sharing (what worked, and what did not?), etc. The ccTLD News session is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday 28 June, between 14:15 and 15:00, and will be limited to 3 presentations, with room for Q&A and interaction with the audience. The latest version of the ccNSO Members’ Meeting schedule for ICANN59 will be published here: https://ccnso.icann.org/meetings/copenhagen58 (draft schedule – subject to changes!) Candidate presenters are invited to send the following information to Joke Braeken (joke.braeken@icann.org)<mailto:joke.braeken@icann.org)>, at their earliest convenience - no later than Monday 15 May 2017, 23:59 UTC: · Exact title of your presentation · First name of the presenter · Last name of the presenter · Company/ccTLD of the presenter · Short summary of your presentation. 2 to 3 sentences will suffice. This information is crucial for the Programme Working Group, to be able to plan the schedule. The summary of your presentation will be published online, prior to the meeting. Depending on the amount of proposals, the Programme Working Group cannot always guarantee a slot to all volunteers. No interpretation services will be provided during the ccNSO Members meeting, therefore please take in consideration that presentations are to be held in English. We look forward to your feedback.
