Hi, Thanks for the work on this, the draft looks fine to me, but I would suggest adding the appeal timescale to the timing section - which will probably mean that the call for expressions of interest and the final decision timescales might need to move a bit in order to allow for an appeal and a decision on the appeal. Alternatively, we could either rule out an appeal by saying the decision of the committee will be final or say that any successful appeals are funded for the following meeting. During the last council call, the Processes WG received following action:

Action 33-04: The Processes Working Group to define questions on the travel funding and submit to the Council in time for the next Council call.

The Working Group actually managed to go one step further than the action required and instead of drafting questions, it drafted a suggestion on how to allocate the Travel Funding. This paper is attached.
