We found this to be a very productive meeting, and it was important to hear the concerns from the ccNSO members about the lack of transparency on the revisions to the ICANN Adopted FY26 Operating plan and Budget following the public comment. It was clear to us from your feedback, and we acknowledge that ICANN should take additional steps for transparency and clarity to the public when there are changes following the public comment. The key action items for follow up for ICANN are: 1. Develop a communication to the public about the revisions made to the ICANN Adopted FY26 Draft Operating Plan and Budget. 1. We are working on a blog, and we will communicate directly to the SO/AC Leadership as well. 2. ICANN will develop a process to ensure that if revisions to the operating plan and budgets are made following public comment, the revisions are transparent and that the community is fully aware of the revisions. 1.
