The ccNSO "IANA Transfer Coordination Committee" (see http://ccnso.icann.org/workinggroups/iana-transfer.htm) will prepare an input to this, however, interested ccTLD Community members are also welcome to participate.

As there is not much time left to the deadline for submissions (27 May), the work needs to be kicked off as soon as possible. Should anyone be interested in joining this drafting team, please, let me know by Monday, 19 May at the latest. Hopefully, a first draft will be produced by 23 May, for the Council to review.
