Based on your letter, we assume that the Board intends to formally approve the Charter at one point. For future reference and to avoid any confusion, I have included the latest version of the charter. Additionally, here is a list of the proposed participants from the SO/ACs to date: - ASO: Akinori Maemura and Hervé Clément - ALAC: Avri Doria and Jonathan Zuck - GAC: Manal Ismail and Tracy Hackshaw - RSSAC: Ken Rennard and Jeff Osborn - GNSO: Announced they will appoint 2 members (pending) - ccNSO: Annaliese Williams and Chris Disspain - SSAC: no reply to date Moreover, we have also received the ICANN Org participants: Theresa Swinehart and Russ Weinstein. Based on the current number of participants it is my understanding that the remaining step to launch the CCG is to complete the participants list with the Board participants and the names of the two GNSO members.
