Application for ccNSO Membership by .ck (Cook Islands)
Dear fellow councilors, It looks like were're having end-of-year sales at the ccNSO; we have received yet another application for ccNSO membership, this time from .ck, the ccTLD of the Cook Islands. The application has been filed by Robert McFadzien, representing the cc's manager Telecom Cook Islands Ltd. As you can see from IANA's response below, there are no outstanding issues with .ck. If you have any objections to .ck's membership, please let me know before Wednesday 11 December 2013. .ck would become member #146! (ii) currently there are no fees payable for ccNSO membership. However, under the ICANN bylaws (Article IX Section (7) (3)), the ccNSO could in the future, subject to members approval, establish membership fees.

Where the Sponsoring Organisation is listed in the IANA database as an organisation then the Representative is the individual person who is completing the application form for the organisation and is authorised to do so by the organisation.
3) The Primary Contact is the main contact for the member and should be either the Administrative Contact or Technical Contact listed in the IANA database for the ccTLD.
