All: I know it is sometimes hard for you to tell several weeks in advance if you can participate in person, or not. However, the meeting arrangements have become less flexible and we are required to submit information such as who will need to be dialled in, or how many telephone lines we need far in advance. This means that we can't guarantee that we can arrange remote participation with this short notice, although we are doing our best. So, please, try to respect the deadlines we are setting for such arrangements.
