Dear Councillors, As you might have noticed, the candidates for the upcoming ICANN Board of Directors election have already been officially announced by Nomination Manager. One of the candidates - Nigel Roberts - is a Councillor. Per ICANN Bylaws and ccNSO internal procedures, Nigel should hereafter not participate in any discussion, decision, or other action by the ccNSO Council relating to the nomination of Director for Board Seat 12. I urgently request you NOT to use the ccNSO Council email list for sharing any information/questions relating to the Board nomination process but use the individual email addresses of Councillors (excluding Nigel) instead. Please also note that Pierre Ouedraogo has been subscribed to the ccNSO members list to ensure that he can follow and participate in all discussions on the list relating to the Board nomination.
