Dear all, As discussed today you will receive two Doodle polls to check your availability: 1. The first Doodle poll is for a call for the final selection of the ccTLD members on the CSC. The only possible time for this call is 22 July at 11.00 UTC. 2. The second Doodle poll is for the approval of the full membership (members and liaisons) slate of the CSC. The proposed times will be 10 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC or 11 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC. Please be aware that if you fill in the Doodle polls and accept the proposed time you commit to attend the call, as the quorum rule will apply to both meetings. According to this rule, at least 10 Councillors, and one ccTLD appointed Councillor from every ICANN region needs to be on the call to take a decision.
