Brunei Darussalam Network Information Centre Sdn Bhd understands that:
(i) membership in the ccNSO is independent of any individual relationship a ccTLD manager has with ICANN or the ccTLD manager's receipt of IANA services. (Article IX Section (4)(3)); and
(ii) currently there are no fees payable for ccNSO membership. However, under the ICANN bylaws (Article IX Section (7) (3)), the ccNSO could in the future, subject to members approval, establish membership fees.

3) The Primary Contact is the main contact for the member and should be either the Administrative Contact or Technical Contact listed in the IANA database for the ccTLD.
I know we don't need to all say "me too", but I'd just like to say I'm pleased to see ccTLDs still applying. Major changes are in the works at ICANN, with the transition, and unlike 10 years ago, I think some if it is going to catch us unawares. So the more the merrier! Up to the point when we are in the position when we have to choose people for WGs/panels/committees etc. from both groups - ccNSO members and non-members. The pool of great people from non-members is exhausting faster than the pool of IPv4 addresses... And those who are already involved are exhausted.
