The ICANN policy forums are places for discussion and education. They should not be allowed to become schoolyards where bullies publicly amplify falsehoods, whispers and unsubstantiated rumours they hear in the corridors.

For the speaker, Ms Raiche to offer as a defense that her attack should have been aimed at the management of the Cocos Islands TLD, not the Christmas Island TLD, is to miss the point entirely.

It is difficult to overstate how inappropriate this sort of behaviour is.
