As I just discovered during our discussion with the Secretariat, I made a huge mistake that involved an atempt to put UTC scheduling, summer time and time zone change into one equation. There are two options: Option 1: would it work for you to re-schedule the call from 11:00 UTC to our other slot at 19:UTC? I know this does not work for our AP colleagues but maybe we could do it this time... Option 2: if we cannot agree on another slot, may I ask Byron or Demi to take the call? I know it will not be easy for them as due to their active participation in the work of IGF they could not join our prep-call today to discuss the agenda.
